Meet Omar from Kuwait. His father is going to the Cleveland Clinic for surgery. I picked him up at the Waterstreet Grill his first day in Cleveland. This is when I take customer service to a whole new level. We spent several hours together finding the best deal on a hotel, groceries, and a cell phone.
